  • Hotel Booking

    The MedTech Forum secretariat has selected hotels to accommodate the MedTech Forum participants. If you are interested, check the box hereafter and we will get back to you to arrange your stay.

  • Shuttle

    Shuttles will be organized on 24 & 25 January from the Nh hotel Louise and will pick up participants between 8am and 9am (schedule TBD) to bring them to The MedTech Forum venue. This meeting point is central for every hotel selected by the MedTech Forum Secretariat.

  • NAME CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellations must be notified and are subject to the following conditions:
    • Until 4 Decembrer 2017: refund minus €50 as administrative fees. Name changes are possible for the SAME type of registration for free.
    • From 5 December 2017 until 4 January 2018 : 50% refund minus €50 as administrative fees. Name changes are possible for the SAME type of registration for free.
    • After 4 January 2018: no refund. Name changes are possible for the SAME type of registration only. Each name change will be charged €50 VAT Excluded. Name changes will not be possible on-site.
    • The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
